About me:

I am a first year biology graduate student at California State Univeristy, Chico. I had also recieved my bachelor's degree in cellular and molecular biology from CSU Chico. While an undergraduate I began working under the supervision of Dr. Blee and as a graduate student I am able to continue on with the reasearch I started as an undergraduate. My work focuses on peroxidase genes in A. thaliana and how the peroxidase gene is involved in the formation of lignin.

 

Teaching:

This Fall 2014 semester I am the instructor for three Human Physiology Lab Activities

Office Hours: MW 12-1:45 in Holt 253

 

Other Interests:

My main hobby outside the lab is baking and cooking. I am love going through recipes and I am always looking for a new dish to make.
